Notice of intent to make a determination

Beaver Lake Cree Nation Telus Telecommunications Tower – Public Comments Invited

January 21, 2025 – Indigenous Services Canada must determine that the Beaver Lake Cree Nation Telus Telecommunications Tower located in Beaver Lake Cree Nation, Alberta is likely to cause significant adverse environmental effects. To help inform this determination, Indigenous Services Canada is inviting comments from the public respecting that determination.
