YUL Montréal-Trudeau International Airport – Road Network and Parking Lots – Public Comment Period
January 13, 2025 - ADM Aéroports de Montréal must determine whether the proposed project is likely to cause significant adverse environmental effects.
To help inform this determination, ADM Aéroports de Montréal is inviting comments from the public respecting that determination. All comments received will be considered public and may be posted online.

The Proposed Project
The project consists of improving access to the airport site and parking lots, as well as the redevelopment of the departures and arrivals drop-off areas at YUL Montreal-Trudeau International Airport. It also includes the optimization of parking lots.
The project site is bounded to the north by the terminal building, to the east by Jacques-de-Lesseps Street, to the south by Cardinal Avenue and to the west by Albert-de-Niverville Boulevard. The site is located on part of lot 5 238 917 and on lots 4 606 147, 4 606 149, 4 932 825, 5 450 898, 5 450 899, 5 450 900 and 5 450 901 of the cadastre of Québec.
The project includes all preparatory work, including modifications to the service infrastructure and the relocation of a drainage ditch. The development of geothermal wells is also planned for the project. The latter will be carried out in several phases.
