Notice of Intent to Make a Determination – Start of Public Comment Period

November 7, 2024 – Public Services and Procurement Canada (PSPC) intends to make a determination regarding whether the carrying out of the project is likely to cause significant adverse environmental effects. To help inform this determination, PSPC is inviting public comments until December 7, 2024 respecting that determination.
