Notice of intent to make a determination

Beaver Lake Cree Nation Water Treatment Plant – Public Comments Invited

November 20, 2024  – Indigenous Services Canada must determine that the Beaver Lake Cree Nation Water Treatment Plant located in Beaver Lake Cree Nation, Alberta is likely to cause significant adverse environmental effects. To help inform this determination, Indigenous Services Canada is inviting comments from the public respecting that determination.
