Notice of intent to make a determination

Enoch Village Water and Wastewater Rehabilitation – Public Comments Invited

November 18, 2024  – Indigenous Services Canada must determine that the Enoch Village Water and Wastewater Rehabilitation located in Enoch Cree Nation, Alberta is likely to cause significant adverse environmental effects. To help inform this determination, Indigenous Services Canada is inviting comments from the public respecting that determination.
