Public Notice - Akisqnuk First Nation Multipurpose Building Construction

This is a non-designated project on federal lands or outside Canada. The listed authorities are responsible for the project assessment.

October 12, 2024 – Environment and Climate Change Canada intends to make a determination regarding whether the carrying out of the proposed Akiskqnuk First Nation Multipurpose Building Construction Project, located in Akisqnuk First Nation Reserve, Windermere BC, is likely to cause significant adverse environmental effects.

To help inform this determination, Environment and Climate Change Canada is inviting comments from the public respecting that determination. All comments received will be considered public and may be posted online.
