The Proposed Project
As part of advanced planning for the Long Term Vision and Plan (LTVP) for the Parliamentary Precinct, PWGSC intends to redevelop the site and properties located at 100 Sparks and 30 Metcalfe Street. The current objectives are to identify and remove hazardous building components, disconnect and cap utilities, and deconstruct the buildings. At the end of the work, temporary landscaping will be put in place. As part of the site mobilization, the General Contractor will be installing construction site hoarding to ensure safe construction operations and to maintain public safety during the construction period.
