Notice of intent to make a determination

Heart Lake 3-Phase Powerline (Fortis# 500111166) – Public Comments Invited

October 4 2024 – Indigenous Services Canada must determine whether the Heart Lake 3-Phase Powerline (Fortis# 500111166) located in Heart Lake First Nation, Alberta is likely to cause significant adverse environmental effects. To help inform this determination, Indigenous Services Canada is inviting comments from the public respecting that determination.
