The upgrade includes six new evaporative cells (10.8 ha each for a total of 65 ha total area), the conversion of two existing evaporative cells to treatment cells (2.55 ha), repairs on the existing berms and re-lining of the cells if evidence of leakage is identified. The project also includes the replacement of the existing pump station with a new pump station including a building and standby generator and a wet well with minimum diameter of 2.4 m with two pumps and replacement of 2200 m of the existing 100 mm PVC force main with a new 200 mm diameter HDPE DR17 force main line.
