Notice of intent to make a determination

Alexander First Nation CU360 Drinking Water Supply Project  – Public Comments Invited

September 9, 2024, – Indigenous Services Canada must determine whether the Alexander First Nation CU360 Drinking Water Supply Project located in Alexander First Nation, Alberta is likely to cause significant adverse environmental effects. To help inform this determination, Indigenous Services Canada is inviting comments from the public respecting that determination.
