Bath Institution - New 96 Bed Living Unit – Public Comments Invited

November 08, 2021 – The Correctional Service Canada must determine whether the proposed Bath Institution – New 96 Bed Living Unit located in Bath, Ontario is likely to cause significant adverse environmental effects.

To help inform this determination, the Correctional Service Canada is inviting comments from the public respecting that determination. All comments received will be considered public and may be posted online.

The Proposed Project

This project is to replace living unit buildings BT04 and BT06. Phase I is the temporary construction zone to upgrade the existing access road and parking area. Phase II is to construct a new medium security living unit and demolish existing units. The project closes with the removal of the temporary construction zone.
