Longueuil – August 20^th, 2024 – The Jacques Cartier and Champlain Bridges Incorporated (JCCBI) has determined that the proposed Honoré Mercier Bridge: Steel reinforcement and painting, paving, and pier repairs (HMP0007, HMP0010) is not likely to cause significant adverse environmental effects.
