Notice of Determination

June 10, 2024 – Indigenous Services Canada has determined the Grassy Narrows Long-term Care and Treatment Facility Construction is not likely to cause significant adverse environmental effects.

The determination was based on a consideration of the following factors:

• There will be positive impacts on rights of Indigenous peoples

• Mitigation measures for the project have been reviewed and accepted by ISC
