The Proposed Project

The Department of National Defence (DND) has proposed a project. The project aims to rehabilitate the steam chambers at Canadian Forces Base (CFB) Kingston by removing surrounding asphalt at Building R33 and grass and concrete at Building R65 to enable access to the exterior. A new steam chamber will be constructed, replacing the existing infrastructure with new foundations. Surrounding areas will be restored with asphalt and grass to ensure uniformity with the current environment.
