Nutrien Aviation Hangar Expansion - Public Comments Invited

02/08/2024 - The Saskatoon Airport Authority must determine whether the proposed Nutrien Aviation Hangar Expansion, located on Apron 7 is likely to cause significant adverse environmental effects. 

To help inform this determination, the Saskatoon Airport Authority is inviting comments from the public respecting that determination. All comments received will be considered public and may be posted online.

The Proposed Project

This project involves the expansion of an existing aviation hangar on Apron 7. Site preparation activities will include geo-technical studies, surveys, and environmental studies.

The Saskatoon Airport Authority permits the lease of the Nutrien Aviation Hangar on its property and is therefore the lead authority on this project. 

Environmental description includes greenfield surrounded by industrial land.
