The proposed amendment

Seaspan ULC holds a valid permit to construct a new outfitting pier located within the Vancouver Shipyards site in North Vancouver. The project includes the removal of the existing timber outfitting pier and replacement with a new steel and concrete pier. The demolition and dredging components of the project are now complete, and Seaspan now proposes to vary permit condition 27 to allow remaining construction 24 hours per day, 7 days per week through to the end of the project. They also request that the permit validity be extended by an additional year, to October 31, 2025.
