The proposed amendment

Carlson Construction Group proposes to carry out physical activities related to the installation of support piles, repairs to timber components, and the installation of a new geotube. This would require an extension to the approved Vito Shipyard Wharf Repairs permit (PER No. 20-010-03), which has an expiry date of December 31, 2023.

Due to ongoing supply-chain issues and challenges with procurement, which have delayed the project's execution. There are no changes to construction activities or the scope of the work outlined in the approved permit (available here).
