Compliance work for the storage tanks at Canada Border Services Agency's Rigaud College – Public Comments Invited

December 14, 2023 – The Canada Border Services Agency (CBSA) must determine whether the proposed Compliance work for the storage tanks at Canada Border Services Agency`s Rigaud College, located in Rigaud, Quebec is likely to cause significant adverse environmental effects.

To help inform this determination, the CBSA is inviting comments from the public respecting that determination. All comments received will be considered public and may be posted online.

After the completion of a Mitigation Measures Form (MMF), it was determined that the project would not have any significant impacts on the environment if the implemetation of certain mitigation measures (such as ensuring that all workers are well-versed on environmental emergency measures, have spill-kits readily available, etc) are in place.
