November 2, 2023 – The Hamilton-Oshawa Port Authority must determine whether the proposed Ready-Mix Concrete Plant, located in Thorold, Ontario is likely to cause significant adverse environmental effects.

To help inform this determination, the Hamilton-Oshawa Port Authority is inviting comments from the public respecting that determination. All comments received will be considered public and may be posted online.

Written comments must be submitted by December 21, 2023, to the contact identified on the project page.
