In accordance with paragraph 82(a) of the Impact Assessment Act, the Commission of the Canada Energy Regulator (Commission) has determined that with the proposed mitigation measures of Hydro One Networks Inc. (Hydro One) and the conditions imposed by the Commission, the portion of the Application to Perform Skywire Replacement Work Impacting International Power Lines L33P and L34P located on federal lands is not likely to cause significant adverse environmental effects.
