The Proposed Project

Perform geotechnical and condition study of all 10 parking lots, ring road and all walkways leading to entrances in order to determine the reasons of the pavement deterioration and perform required repairs, regrade maintenance holes and paint parking lines.  Repairs are to be undertaken on parking lots P1 and P10 only, as shown in the attached drawing.  Work is to consist of replacing the pavement in those two parking lots, and repairing cracks as required.  New lines will also be painted for the parking spaces.  Parking lot P1 has a surface area of 1269m2, is adjacent to the Asticou Centre and is surrounded by a lawn area.  Parking lot P10 has a surface area of 4478m2, is adjacent to the Asticou Centre and borders on a treed woodland area to the West.  The edge of parking lot P10 is approximately 100' from the treed woodland area. There is a ring road that surrounds the entire Asticou Centre.  The entire surface area of the parking lot repairs totals 5,747m2.
