Culvert widening at Motor Vehicle Test Centre (MVTC)
PUBLIC COMMENTS INVITED
22-08-2023– Transport Canada must determine whether the proposed project, located at 100 Rue du Landais, in BLAINVILLE is likely to cause significant adverse environmental effects.
To help inform this determination, Transport Canada is inviting comments from the public respecting that determination. All comments received will be considered public and may be posted online. For more information, individuals should consult the Privacy Notice on the Registry website.

The project components include completely removing the culvert installed near the main entrance on du Landais St., ensuring long-term stability of the installations, and removing all possible contaminated soils and sediments to meet the remediation requirements.
The goal is to remove existing structures and restore the integrity of the water course and to meet environmental requirements.
