In accordance with subsection 86(1) of the Impact Assessment Act, the Commission of the Canada Energy Regulator (Commission) must determine whether the portion of the Hydro One Network Inc. Application to Perform Skywire Replacement Work Impacting International Power Lines L33P and L34P (Project) located on federal lands is likely to cause significant adverse environmental effects.

The Commission will consider comments received from the public in making its determination.

All documents should be filed using the Canada Energy Regulator's (CER) online e-filing tool. 

All documents filed in this matter should reference the Project and File Number OF-Fac-IPL-H117-2023-01 01.

All regulatory documents issued and received regarding the Project, including comments received in relation to this notice, will be made publicly available in the CER's online public registry.
