The Proposed Project

P&H Milling Group operates a flour mill on the subject property located at 380 Oak Street and 361 Bridge Street in Montreal, within the MPA land.

According to such leases, P&H Milling Group has the obligation to remove its installations from the property at the end of the term, which expires in the Spring 2024. Therefore, P&H Milling Group will dismantle and remove two warehouses, one bulk storage building and one mill. The silos on the property will be preserved.
