The proposed amendment

The Permit Holder has requested to extend the validity of the Project Permit PER No. 21-038 which is currently set to expire on August 31, 2023. The extension was requested to carry out previously approved habitat compensation planting. Remaining project works consist of planting native trees and shrubs along the north shoreline and on the western edge of 9295 River Road within approximately 192 square metres. Effectiveness monitoring would be carried out to determine compensation success.
