YMX International Aerocity of Mirabel – Development of Georges-Louis Vezine Street (Phase 2) – Public Comments Invited

April 20, 2023 - ADM Aéroports de Montréal must determine whether the proposed project is likely to cause significant adverse environmental effects.

To help inform this determination, ADM Aéroports de Montréal is inviting comments from the public respecting that determination. All comments received will be considered public and may be posted online.

The Proposed Project

The project involves the construction and the development of rue Georges-Louis-Vézine from rue Helen-Bristol in order to connect a new industrial sector currently under development to the municipal road network. This street is located on lot number 6 243 516 ptie, in the western part of the YMX International Aerocity of Mirabel site. It will connect St-Simon Road and Helen Bristol Street and will have a bike path. The second phase of the construction of the new street constitutes a section of about 1.5 km.
