The Proposed Project

Berens River 13 is proposing to build Two (2) fourplexes. The fourplexes consists of a single storey building with 4 total units each. The total project building area is approximately 2160 sq ft. each and construction will include the building.  Project activities include clearing and grubbing, the installation of utilities and services including sewer and water piping as well as power and communication lines.
