The Proposed Project

This project consists of the work execution as well as the labour contribution, materials, and tools necessary for a new warehouse construction on the Canadian Forces Base Bagotville property. The building will have a section for different rooms (offices, restrooms, storage, etc.) and the other section will be used as warehouse, to store equipment likely to contain petroleum hydrocarbons. The building approximate area is 514 m2 and an asphalted surface with 14 parking spaces will be provided. Trees already have been cut in the project preparatory phase to give space for construction. Finally, there is a known soil contamination on the site, according to a recent soil characterization.
