The proposed project

Stantec Consulting Ltd. on behalf of DP World Fraser Surrey proposes to carry out an upland test pile program at DP World Fraser Surrey Terminal, 11060 Elevator Road, Surrey, BC. The Project consists of completing static and dynamic load testing on an approximately 762 by 16 millimetre closed-end steel pipe test pile. The test pile will be driven to approximately 19 metres embedment depth. Four approximately 762 millimetre diameter steel piles will be installed to form the frame for the test. Piles will be installed using an impact hammer and seated with a vibratory hammer.  All piles will be either cut off at approximately 30 centimetres below grade or will be removed by DP World.
