The Sept-Îles Port Authority has determined that the proposed construction of a warehouse for the temporary storage of refractory bricks project by Aluminerie Alouette Inc. (AAI) is not likely to cause significant adverse environmental effects. Mitigation measures taken into account for this determination are:  Soil, water, and air quality;  Fauna and migratory birds. The Port of Sept-Îles is satisfied that the carrying out of the project is not likely to cause significant adverse environmental effects. Therefore, the Port of Sept-Îles may authorize the project to be carried out on its territory.
