Woodland Cree CMHC Co-Investment Housing Project  - Marten Lake Subdivision (10-Units) – Public Comments Invited

July 15, 2022 – Indigenous Services Canada must determine whether the proposed CMHC Co-Investment Housing Project - Marten Lake Subdivision 10-Unit project located in Woodland Cree Nation is likely to cause significant adverse environmental effects. To help inform this determination, Indigenous Services Canada is inviting comments from the public respecting that determination.

The Proposed Project

Woodland Cree First Nation is proposing a 10-unit subdivision on Marten Lake Area Reserve requiring all infrastructure, water, sewer, power, driveways, and access roads. The plan is to connect to the water station for municipal water delivery.
