The Proposed Project

The purpose of this project is to construct the second half of Muwin Crescent, which represents 28 residential lots, developing a residential area that spans approximately 7.95 hectares, not all of which will be construction area. Each lot will consist of gravel driveways, open ditching, culvert and services (water, sanitary sewer). Project activities include clearing and grubbing of approximately 1.5 hectares of the undeveloped land, extension of water and wastewater services, water and wastewater lateral connections, road construction, construction of driveways and culverts, and hydro connection. Project infrastructure will consist of a newly constructed paved road connecting one end of Muwin Crescent to Chapel Road including the extension of water mains, sanitary and storm sewer, and overhead electrical utilities.
