The Royal Canadian Mounted Police must determine whether the proposed Re-surface Parking Lot - Sussex Detachment, located in Sussex, is likely to cause significant adverse environmental effects.

To help inform this determination, the Royal Canadian Mounted Police is inviting comments from the public respecting that determination. All comments received will be considered public. For more information, individuals should consult the Privacy Notice on the Registry website.

The Proposed Project

The intent of the project is to resurface existing asphalt surface. Surface area approx. 7315 meter squared. Re-pave the parking lot, including all parking lot lines, accessibility spaces and repair or remove curbing where needed (Approx. 55 linear meters of curb and 23 meters of walkway). Extend parking lot (south east corner of the parking lot) for employee parking (10 stalls).
