September 3rd, 2021 – The Montreal Port Authority (MPA) has determined that the proposed project Stabilization of the slope - section 104 is not likely to cause significant adverse environmental effects.
Mitigation measures taken into account for this determination are:
- Management of excavated soils
- Management of residual materials and hazardous materials
- Management of suspended solids
- Protection of trees
- Protection of observation wells
Therefore, the MPA may perform any duty or function to enable the project to be carried out in whole or in part.
