May 21, 2021 – ADM Aéroports de Montréal must determine whether the proposed project for the construction of an industrial rental building on Henri-Fabre Blvd. at YMX International Aerocity of Mirabel is likely to cause significant adverse environmental effects. 

To help inform this determination, ADM Aéroports de Montréal is inviting comments from the public respecting that determination. All comments received will be considered public. For more information, individuals should consult the Privacy Notice on the Registry website.

The Proposed Project 

Syscomax is proposing to build a new industrial building located on lot PC-27246 of the Québec cadastre, on Henri-Fabre Boulevard at YMX International Aerocity of Mirabel. The floor area of the future building, which will have one floor with the possibility of mezzanine offices and will not have a basement level, will be approximately 12,450 m2. There will also be new paved areas. Trees will be planted and a white roof will cover the building to reduce heat islands. 

The building will be used for the storage of goods for various companies located at YMX International Aerocity of Mirabel. There are no waterways or trees on the site. The ecological study will be conducted at the appropriate time.
