Urgent Fuel Storage Tank Code Compliance Upgrades – Public Comments Invited

 

May 20, 2021 – PSPC must determine whether the proposed Urgent Fuel Storage Tank Code Compliance Upgrades, located in Belleville, Ontario is likely to cause significant adverse environmental effects.

To help inform this determination, PSPC is inviting comments from the public respecting that determination. All comments received will be considered public and may be posted online. For more information, individuals should consult the Privacy Notice on the Registry website:

The Proposed Project

 

Complete code compliance upgrades to comply with TSSA requirements to ensure un-interrupted fuel delivery to site. Compliance upgrades include sealing floor cracks and painting with epoxy paint, installing curbing at transfer switch, testing air combustion dampers and general exhaust system, insulating exhaust pipe and silencer drain and providing remote fill alarm.
