The Proposed Project

This project consists of work execution, labor, materials and tools necessary to repair the Canadian Forces Base Bagotville (CFB) petroleum park (PHL). The work involves, but is not limited to, the main tanks (200-2 and 200-3) distribution piping replacement including supports and walkways as well as a used fuel tank outside building B277. Two distribution pumps will be replaced and two reception pumps will be removed. Two concrete slabs will be built at the refueling areas for the new reception cabinets installation. The cabinets include the following equipment: pump, volumetric meter, screen, air eliminator, drain tank, valves and control accessories. The sewer system will be improved with the installation of an oil-water separator interceptor between the sumps in the refueling areas as well as the addition of manholes, valves, a collector well and submersible pumps. Various works will be carried out in building 277, particularly of an electrical nature and for improving ventilation. The management and disposal of contaminated soils and water are part of the project.
