June 16, 2021 – The National Research Council of Canada must determine whether the proposed Building Cooling System Replacement project, located at the NRC Montreal Road Campus in Ottawa, Ontario is likely to cause significant adverse environmental effects.
To help inform this determination, the National Research Council of Canada is inviting comments from the public respecting that determination.
