The Proposed Project

Cowessess Ventures Ltd. intends to build a 2700 sq ft building on the currently vacant 1246 Albert Street, Regina property. The purpose of the building is to house a restaurant complete with a drive thru and 26 parking stalls. The building will be constructed with industry standard material, primarily brick exterior with accenting and building signage. The water, sewer, gas and power lines will be connected from the perimeter of the property. The parking lot will be entirely paved, concrete site walks and minimal landscaping.
