Notice of Determination

23 January 2020 – The National Research Council Canada has determined that the proposed project is not likely to cause significant adverse environmental effects.

Mitigation measures will be implemented for the following:  soil, vegetation, wildlife, birds, and species at risk.

The National Research Council is satisfied that carrying out the project is not likely to cause significant adverse environmental effects.  Therefore, the National Research Council may carry out the project, exercise any power, perform any duty or function, or provide financial assistance to enable the project to be carried out in whole or in part.
